Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial and Labor Relations or related fields. |

Minimum of five years experience as an HR Manager with in depth experience in strategic leadership and development. |

Excellent English communication skills and presentation skills. |

Must demonstrate expert abilities in the areas of HRM and HRD. |
