Responsibilities
You will provide strategic leadership to a team of managers in the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Requirements

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial and Labor Relations or related fields.

Minimum of five years experience as an HR Manager with in depth experience in strategic leadership and development.
Excellent English communication skills and presentation skills.
Must demonstrate expert abilities in the areas of HRM and HRD.
Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and demonstrate a passion for continuous growth and development.
Must be willing to work flexible schedules.
