Responsibilities
You will support and troubleshoot product issues and determine resolution for customers via telephone communication and email transaction.
| Requirements |

College graduate. |

6-12 months customer communication experience (email and phone). |

Experience using MS Office such as Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio and Powerpoint. |

Experience in an Internet company is preferred. |
| • |
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. |
| • |
Willing to undergo shifting schedules. |
| • |
Typing speed of at least 20 WPM. |
