Responsibilities
You will support and troubleshoot product issues and determine resolution for customers via telephone communication and email transaction.

Requirements
College graduate.
6-12 months customer communication experience (email and phone).
Experience using MS Office such as Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio and Powerpoint.
Experience in an Internet company is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Willing to undergo shifting schedules.
Typing speed of at least 20 WPM.
