Customer Service Agent - Card Services

Responsibilities
You will provide banking and credit card support services and resolution to US based customers.

Requirements
Candidate must possess a four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the areas of Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Commerce or Management.
Excellent English communication skills.
Must demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills as well as keen attention to detail.
Must be willing to work flexible schedules.
Previous experience in financial services in a call center or similar environment required.
