Operations Manager

Responsibilities
You will be tasked with leading a group of Team Leaders as well as managing daily program operations.

Requirements
Candidate must possess a four (4) year Bachelor's Degree.
Knowledgeable in call center operations management; minimum of 1 year experience as an Operations Manager or 2 years as an Operations Supervisor required.
Excellent leadership and analytical skills; must demonstrate keen attention to details.
Must be willing to work flexible schedules.
