Team Leader

Responsibilities
You will be supporting floor operations by sharing project knowledge, teaching skills, and providing feedback as appropriate, to maximize the performance of the team and the project overall.

Requirements
Candidate must possess four a (4) year Bachelor’s Degree.
Excellent English communication skills.
A passion for people, motivational skills and leadership abilities are essential for this position.
At least 6 months similar experience in a call center or similar environment.
Must be willing to work flexible schedules.
