Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing programs and initiatives to drive career development for all levels of employees.
| Requirements |

Candidate must possess a four (4) year Bachelor's Degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or related fields. |

Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Manager with a focus on Career Development. |
| • |
Proven communication effectiveness - verbal, non verbal, written etc. - in corporate settings. |

Strong computer literacy and software skills. |
| • |
Must be able to work autonomously with minimal instruction, guidance or supervision on standard performance analyses and projects. |

Must be willing to work flexible schedules. |
