Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing programs and initiatives to drive career development for all levels of employees.

Requirements
Candidate must possess a four (4) year Bachelor's Degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or related fields.
Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Manager with a focus on Career Development.
Proven communication effectiveness - verbal, non verbal, written etc. - in corporate settings.
Strong computer literacy and software skills.
Must be able to work autonomously with minimal instruction, guidance or supervision on standard performance analyses and projects.
Must be willing to work flexible schedules.
